Hi! I’m Melanie.
As I started my career, I equated climbing the corporate ladder to success in life. I set my goal to become the Vice President of Human Resources for a Fortune 500 company. Over the years I continued to take on positions with greater responsibility and organizational impact; nevertheless, something was missing.
I began to do a significant amount of self-reflection and work on myself. Over time, and with the support of a Life Coach, I was able to answer questions that I had never considered before. What were my Core Values and Needs? Were the key components of my personal and professional life in alignment with these? What in my life gave me energy, and what depleted it? What was my Life Purpose?
As I identified how I could best incorporate these insights into a career and lifestyle that I was passionate about, the answer became clear. I was energized when I was a catalyst for change, collaborating, motivating, and supporting others in moving from their current state to their desired possibilities. As a result I have decided to become a coach and offer the support that made such a difference in my own life!
